CONTAINER FREIGHT STATION (CFS) was set up in 1987, the first in India by a Private Sector organisation with Government Approval to handle Export Cargo.
Air Cargo Division commenced in 1989. (International Federation of Freight Forwarders Association (FIATA) Member & International Air Transport Association (IATA) Member).
CFS was accorded permission to handle import cargo from 1993 onwards.
Container Yard was opened to store empty boxes and also to provide repair/service facilities.
Steamer Agency operations commenced in 1980 for Bulk and 1996 for Container Lines.
Terminal Operations with PSA Chennai & Adani Kattupalli was awarded based on our experience.
Multi-Model Transport Operator (MTO) in 1997 to extend door to door service throughout the world.
