Premium Mint and Herbs Private Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited company in the year 2004.It is one of the Group company of Sanco. The present Directors of the company are

1) Shri V Upendran
2) Shri S Sathyanarayanan
3) Smt S Devaki.

Shri V Upendran 68 years of age is the Chairman and Managing Director of Sanco Trans Limited. Shri S Sathyanarayanan 38 years of age is the Deputy Managing Director of Sanco Trans Limited and son of Shri K Santhanam Reddiar founder of Sanco Group.Smt S Devaki is the wife of Shri K Santhanam Reddiar and Director in the Group companies.

One of the main objects of the Company is “Manufacturers, buyers, traders of all kinds of perfumery and essential oils and aromatic chemicals, herbs and their derivatives vitamins and such or any other chemical products of all kinds and shapes in gas, liquid and or solid forms and types and description”.

In Line with the objects of the above the company has put up a Plant at Sornavoor Village, Near Nellikuppam, Villupuram District for the fractionation of Raw mentha oil and extraction of Menthol crystals from the pure mentha oil. It has started commercial production from May 2011.

The mentha crystals has got a good demand and is widely used in Pharmaceutical companies.
